We have teamed up with Crouch End’s ‘Project Me’ to bring you the perfect Sunday morning treat, designed to ease away the stresses of the week and strengthen and restore your energy. This will be 75min Slow Flow & Restore Yoga Class with Josipa Smith which will start with pranayama (breathing exercises), moving into a yoga flow using the breath as a guide and will end with deep restorative poses, designed to reset the nervous system and promote a calm mind.
After the session you will convene around beautifully laid out tables to feast on a nourishing vegan brunch to honour your bellies, hearts and health.
Suitable for all levels.
Mats, blankets and water will be provided but please do bring along your own if you like to. Most food intolerances and allergies are covered but if you have any specific requirements please contact Soul Stretch Events on firstname.lastname@example.org so you can be catered for. Arrive at 9:45am for a 10am start. The event will finish at 12pm
