Soul Stretch Events was founded with the aim of delivering bespoke wellbeing experiences and programs for corporate offices, festivals, yoga retreats and, on any occasion where yoga, nutritional food and mindfulness are employed as key elements. Our aim is to make wellbeing accessible across communities and demographics. We have worked at many of the country’s top festivals, creating beautiful healing spaces which help people to relax, learn, experience and connect with themselves. Taking care of people’s wellbeing and providing a beautiful and nourishing experience in the process is what Soul Stretch Events does best.
MEET THE TEAM
Joshua comes from a background of filmmaking, he has worked extensively in Bollywood creating musical dramas before moving to live in London where he set up and ran his own film company producing films in the UK. He trained as a yoga teacher in India in 2014 and it was during his teacher training that he realised he wanted to merge his passion for yoga and his production skills to create beautiful, nourishing spaces where people can learn, connect and discover themselves in a safe and fun environment. He became thoroughly addicted to the festival scene over the last couple of years where he produced healing spaces with Wild Wellbeing at various music festivals in the UK.
He founded Soul Stretch Events along with Ria, with the aim to create beautiful wellbeing spaces as well as make yoga & mindfulness accessible to the busy corporate office crowd and make it an integral part of the office structure. He is also a firm believer in practicing the principles of yoga in real life with the act of giving back hence operating the company as a social enterprise where a portion of the company profits are reinvested back into providing yoga and mindfulness to children in care; free of cost with the aim to empower them with positivity and love.

WHY WE DO THIS
“Our mission is to empower the future generation with life skills such as yoga & mindfulness”
Soul Stretch is a social enterprise company with a strong social mission of 'giving back to the community'. We provide accessible wellbeing services to those who need it the most. A percentage of profits from the services we provide to our consumers and corporate clients, will be reinvested into funding our social objectives. We are on a mission to change lives using the power of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, nutritional food and related disciplines.
Our three core objectives are:
To empower children and young adults from underprivileged backgrounds by teaching them life and wellbeing skills
Provide community projects that promote accessible yoga and meditation for children in care
We create training and job opportunities for young adults from underprivileged backgrounds
We strongly believe that wellbeing (yoga, mindfulness and nutrition) should not just be accessible to the privileged few or only to those who can afford it but to one and all. With the wellbeing field growing tremendously in recent years, it is our passionate belief that the skills and techniques we bring to personal development should be widely accessible to future generations, helping to build a better and more positive world; loving, connected and conscious.
